On August 26, 2024, the Specialized Interdistrict Criminal Court of Pavlodar Region considered a criminal case against a man for raping a girl.
According to the court, the case was considered in a closed court session.
"T.'s guilt was proven under Part 4 of Article 120 of the Criminal Code by the testimony of the interrogated participants, the conclusions of forensic examinations and other evidence, which were examined in detail by the court. Having found T. guilty, the court sentenced him to 20 years of imprisonment," the statement said.
The man was also deprived for life of the right to hold teaching positions and positions related to working with minors.
