Deputy Yelnur Beisenbayev said that the norm was included in the bill on issues of gambling, lotteries and lottery activities.
“We want to introduce such a concept as “gambling addiction” into all health related laws. This already needs to be treated like a disease,” explained the deputy and added that a number of rehabilitation centers that treat this “disease” are doing this illegally, so “the activity needs to be regulated.”
